Panto and Drama Group
The Downfield South pantomine is produced annually and has been successful for many years. Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7.30 - 10.00pm throughout autumn and winter. The panto is presented in the church halls in late January.
Thanks to all who attended the January production of Robinson Crusoe and the Pirates. Judging by audience comments this was, yet again, a very successful pantomime and everyone appeared to enjoy it.
A fantastic total of £400.00 was raised from the bucket collection for the Haiti Disaster Appeal - many thanks to all you wonderful people for donating to this very worthwhile cause. The money will be sent to Plan UK to help out with orphaned, injured and homeless children in Haiti.
